Get To Know Mike and Audrey

I started LandSimple with my daughter Audrey to build a family real estate legacy that can be passed down to my kids and grandkids.

I've worked in real estate for 35 years. My son Dylan and I own Geek Real Estate Marketing, a lead generation company for property management companies in the United States.

I live in Seattle with Val, my wife of 40 years. We have two kids and four grandkids (hoping for a couple more soon!)

I spent 15 years in the film industry, producing for big companies like Microsoft and Amazon. I managed large projects and budgets, becoming a skilled problem-solver.

After my second child, I wanted a more flexible job to allow more time for my family. My dad saw this as a great opportunity to grow his real estate business, and together we launched LandSimple.
